01Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and XH88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino services accessible at xh88.cam and any associated subdomains or applications.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using the services offered by XH88, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an account and must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's license conditions. It is your responsibility to verify the minimum age requirement applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking contractual capacity are not eligible.
• Jurisdiction: You must not access or use the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. XH88 does not confirm legality in any specific jurisdiction, including Pakistan. You bear sole responsibility for compliance with your local law.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in termination and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Excluded Persons: Employees of XH88, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in real-money wagering activities on the Platform.
• Self-Excluded Users: Users who have voluntarily activated Self-Exclusion are not eligible to register a new account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent Self-Exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

04Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full features of the Platform, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to registration and the ongoing verification process:

05Permitted Use of the Platform

The Platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. The following uses are expressly prohibited and will result in account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances at XH88's discretion:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that facilitates third-party wagering through your Account.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, screen-scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways not permitted by these Terms.
• Exploiting any technical error, loophole or vulnerability in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of technical errors are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, sports manipulation or any form of corruption connected to markets available on the Platform.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal functions.
• Creating duplicate or multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonus offers multiple times, or circumventing a suspension or exclusion decision.
• Sharing, transferring or selling your Account to any other person.

06Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino game activity on the Platform is subject to the following general rules. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, markets, and casino game variants are published within the relevant sections of the Platform:

07Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to these Terms, to the specific conditions published in the cashier section of the Platform, and to the terms and conditions of your chosen payment provider. You are responsible for understanding your payment provider's terms before initiating any transaction.

08Bonuses & Promotions

XH88 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, enhanced odds or other incentive programs from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• All bonus offers are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, geographic restrictions and new-customer or existing-customer status — are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions and time limit for completion are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately to your Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is utilized before Bonus Funds unless the Platform's cashier specifies otherwise.
• XH88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes to ongoing promotions will not apply retroactively to already-accepted offers where wagering has commenced.
• One promotional offer may not be combined with another unless the terms of both offers explicitly state that combination is permitted.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk — will result in bonus forfeiture, and potentially account closure.
• Illustrative examples of bonus amounts used in promotional descriptions on this site (such as "up to PKR 25,000") do not constitute a guarantee of that amount for any individual user. Actual amounts depend on published eligibility requirements.

09Responsible Gambling Obligations

XH88 takes responsible gambling seriously as both a platform commitment and a user obligation. You agree to use the Platform's responsible gambling tools where necessary and to engage with the Platform honestly regarding your gambling habits.

• Adults Only: You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (or the higher minimum required by your jurisdiction). Gambling is not intended for minors. 10Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the XH88 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, data compilations, and game content provided by third-party game suppliers — is protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to XH88.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without XH88's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XH88 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial losses, including gambling losses, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of data, interruption of service, or technical failures beyond XH88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, server outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, even where XH88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including your obligation to verify local law before participating.
• Inaccuracies or errors in information provided on the Platform, including odds errors corrected under the palpable error provisions in Section 6.

12Privacy & Data Processing

XH88 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy available at xh88.cam/privacy-policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: registration details (name, date of birth, email address), KYC documentation (CNIC/passport scans, selfies), transaction records, session and device data, and communication records with support. This data is processed for the purpose of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement.

XH88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where legally required. 13Suspension & Termination

XH88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting, identity fraud or payment fraud, is suspected or confirmed.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to XH88's satisfaction within a reasonable time.
• Regulatory requirements mandate account restriction or closure.
• The Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more (dormant account policy — specific notice and fee conditions apply as published in the cashier).
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to XH88 will be returned to you via the original deposit method, subject to verification, within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting XH88 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Active bonus wagering requirements, open bets, and pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the Account is formally closed.

14Changes to These Terms

XH88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — XH88 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address associated with your Account or via an in-platform notification, no less than fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

Following notification of material changes, continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter rights, and updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent update.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which XH88 holds its operating license. Specific licensing jurisdiction details are available upon request through XH88 support.

Nothing in this clause overrides your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract. Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable Pakistani law may restrict or prohibit participation, and that these Terms do not alter or override Pakistani law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion with XH88 support shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licensing authority. Where no such mechanism is specified, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.
